Not in Tomorrow!

i'll be off getting tattooed by Matt Adams at Sacred in Chinatown, NYC. Tues, Wed, and Thurs will be your regularly scheduled programming. Friday i will be out visiting w/ Tracy Baer from Beelistic in Cincinnati, OH.

i guess i DO hang out w/ other tattoo artist after all. haha.

Kat stopped by so I could get some pictures of her healed tattoo/scarification backpiece I worked on this past year.





Richard was in tonight and last week. The cicada is nearly healed from last week and we did his "weenie fairy" tonight. so cute!! i can't wait to do more!

News:

As of this week, Picasso will not longer be working out of Twelve 28 Tattoo. Please contact him directly if you have unfinished pieces that need to be worked on. What does this mean for the rest of us? I have more free time to get you all tattooed!

While my weekends are booked for the next few weeks, I will now have time to fit people in for weekdays. Give me a call or email me about getting in soon. I can also stay late on weeknights if you have a daytime work schedule.

SHOP CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND!

yup, you read right.
the shop's closed friday, saturday, and sunday.
all day. all three days. i will be moving furniture around and de-cluttering. since i opened over a year ago, i've gone from having the whole space to myself w/ all my accumulated crap to sharing the space w/ brian for piercing and picasso for tattoos and all of our crap. i have made several ikea purchases (because i would live at ikea if i could) and will be working to make everything perfect and efficient.

Bess' Chest.

Bess got her chestpiece of Latin, pebbles, and water the other day. i totally forgot to update, but we did this last thursday!

Maegan's Hope Tree.

Maegan came in a couple times in the last few weeks to get this rib piece worked on. we did the outline the first session and the shading and color today. i'm not too happy w/ the pictures, but i have a pretty good idea that i'll be seeing her again!

2 cyclists were killed last night by a motorist driving under the influence and with a restricted license. One of them, Jayson, was a friend of mine. Please keep their families and friends in your thoughts. Thank you.

i don't know if any of you kids caught MSNBC'S new "hooked" series... but the first one is about tattooing and your humble narrator was on it for a bit. they are replaying it at 1am and i'm sure it'll be airing other times too.
